KL International Tertiary Hospital (KLIH) will comprise 25 operating theatres and 624 beds (with a capacity of up to 1,000 beds). With state-of-the-art equipment also available within the hospital, this can enable medical tourists, ordinary tourists, retirees, corporates, and retailers to receive the best health maintenance and wellness program the medical institution is able to offer.
The Nobel Healthcare Park, which contains four types of suites: 379 Medical Suites, 512 Wellness Suites, 41 Business Suites, and Retail Suites. Only Medical Suites are available for medical practitioners, like Traditional Chinese Medical Professionals Oncologists, Surgeons, Dentists, Neurologists, Radiologists, General Practitioners, and so on, to set up their own clinics for their professional practices. It is made up of 3 towers – 2 blocks of medical suites and 1 block of wellness suites, directly connected to the International Hospital via a two-storey link bridge.
Retail spaces on the lobbies and first floors of the North and East Wings will offer modern and chic lifestyle offerings as well as amenities such as shopping, F&B, childcare and education services.
These facilities will be accessible through dedicated pedestrian pathways and cycling trails which cut through scenic gardens and 1.33 acres Central Park.
KL Wellness City will also include office towers & hotel in second phase.

Why KL Wellness City?
Malaysia has always been recognised as a strategic location for tourism, most notably for its natural, cultural, and historical destinations. However, in recent years our nation has emerged as a global giant in medical tourism – most notably winning awards for various categories in the healthcare and medical tourism industry by the International Medical Travel Journal (UK) from 2015 to 2017, and again in 2020.
With more than 1.22 million healthcare travellers to Malaysia and close to RM1.7 billion of healthcare travel revenue in 2019, as well as a 16.3% Compounded Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) between 2015 – 2019, it’s no surprise that the medical tourism industry is considered to be a lucrative one. Medical tourists may come to Malaysia for its high-quality and affordable healthcare but find themselves staying for its rich diversity as a tourist destination.
At the heart of Bukit Jalil lies the township of KL Wellness City, just 300 metres away from Pavilion Bukit Jalil.
